Earlier this week we mentioned a cast iron dutch oven for old style camp cooking. Today, we flip camp kitchen game on its lid to share the launch of Sea to Summit’s new X-Pot. Coming in four sizes, the X-pot is a collapsible, fully-featured cooking pot that combines the heat-distribution of aluminum with the flexibility of food-grade silicone. Packing down to the size of a large frisbee, you can cook using the X-Pot over an open flame or stovetop with its hard anodized 6063-T6 aluminum base. The translucent lid doubles as a strainer for pasta on the mountain, the handles act as fasteners locking down the lid when collapsed and it’s entirely BPA Free.
If you’ve used Sea to Summit‘s X product range before, you know the added benefit they carry being able to store neatly inside one another. Pack down a few X-Mugs and X-Bowls into your new X-Pot and you are ready for just about any camping meal you could create. At only 9oz., you don’t need to worry about it weighing you down either.
