Leading into a collection of Summer launches, Triple Aught Design has just released their Recon AC Pant. Much like the Spartan RS Pant we recently reviewed, the Recon pant is designed to provide high-level mobility and comfort during long-term covert operations. Though both pants are made for action, the Recon holds several features that differentiate it from other TAD products.
Inset zippered cargo pockets have internal attachment points, and a stealthily hidden, easy to access pocket is perfect for storing a lock pick, handcuff key, or other small personal items that can be used to avoid detection. Signature TAD bar tack reinforcements are found throughout the new pants at critical stress points and triple needle stitching on the in and out seam add increased durability. A gusseted crotch provides freedom of motion to help you quickly make it back to the base unscathed.
The Recon AC Pants are made from versatile amphibious cloth material. The AC material is a durable synthetic that is known for its quick drying, packable, and lightweight features. This 100% nylon fabric ensures seamless movement through multiple environments and changing climates, including last minute downpours. TAD’s iconic field pant, the Force 10’s, also come in this lightweight fabric.
The new Recon AC Pant is available right now at $99. Head on over to Triple Aught Design to grab a pair before they are sold out.
